Proceed with the following guidelines to rectify the paper feeding problem in Brother MFC 7360N printer.

  • Make sure to load a paper below the maximum paper mark.
  • Check the quality of the paper and also, fit the paper guides in the correct position.
  • Remove torn paper from the paper tray.
  • Replace the drum if the problem is with the drum unit.
  • If you do not load the suitable paper type in the tray, do the following to change the settings on Windows to fix the paper feeding issue.
  • Open the Menu bar, click the File option, and select Print.
  • Ensure the name of the printer in the next window and click the Properties option.
  • Go to Advanced tab, click the Other Print Options icon, and select Improve Print Output.
  • Click the Reduce Paper Curl in the list and close the dialog box window.
  • Finally, select the OK button to print the document.

Follow the instructions below to solve the paper jam issue inside the printer.

  • Turn on your printer and leave it for 10 minutes to cool and open the front cover of the Brother MFC 7360N printer.
  • Lift the drum unit and toner cartridge assembly from the Brother printer.
  • Gently clear the jammed paper from the drum unit as well as the toner cartridge assembly.
  • Open the Scanner cover and remove the jammed paper from the output paper tray.
  • Once you removed the jammed paper from the output tray, close the scanner cover.
  • Keep the drum unit and toner cartridge back to its original position.
  • Close the front cover of the Brother MFC 7360N printer.

Method 1: Use Printer Troubleshooter to solve the issue

  • Enter Troubleshooting in the search bar to open the troubleshooting window displayed on the screen.
  • Click the View All option on the left side of the window panel.

  • Method 2: Update the Printer Driver
